WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are more than creative classes — they are invitations to slow down, listen inward, and create from the soul. Each project becomes a tool for self-connection, a touchstone that brings you back to your centre in the middle of life’s noise. Through simple, meaningful making, you’ll begin to cultivate a soul-nurturing practice — a steady rhythm that strengthens resilience, deepens self-trust, and helps you live more fully aligned with who you truly are.

Whether you join us in-studio or online, your first workshop marks the beginning of an ongoing journey. After completing it, you’ll be welcomed into our private, women-only online community — a safe, supportive space where kindred spirits share their creations, reflections, and encouragement. Here, you’ll find a circle of women walking similar paths, each committed to their own healing, growth, and the art of inner transformation.

Prayer Angels

Catching the Light Within — $60

In this gentle, hands-on workshop, you’ll create a Prayer Angel — a small yet powerful symbol of intention and inner strength. Using semi-precious stones, crystal prisms, and delicate wings, you’ll design a piece that both feels solid in your hands and dances with light in your space. Each bead, each choice, is guided by your own meaning — a quiet reminder to return to your centre, honour your journey, and carry your light forward.

When sunlight finds your angel, rainbows will spill into the room, reminding you of the truth you’ve chosen to hold. Placed where you’ll see it often, it becomes a daily visual cue — a reminder of your commitment to cultivating your soul practice, building resilience, and stepping fully into your potential.

This workshop is one thread in a larger tapestry — each creation a step in the practice of soul suture and self-development, helping you find yourself, trust yourself, and live from your wholeness.

The Felt-id self

$60

In this richly creative workshop, you’ll craft a felted flip doll — a unique, double-sided figure designed to give form to the many voices within you. Soft in texture yet powerful in purpose, your doll becomes a tangible companion for conscious conversations with parts of yourself that are often hidden or unheard. Whether you explore your inner child, meet an archetype, work with your shadow, connect with an alter ego, or sit with your fears, this process offers a safe, playful, and deeply revealing way to listen inward.

Through the act of making, you’ll bring into the light what’s been waiting in the wings — uncovering motivations, healing old narratives, and creating space for new ones to grow. Once complete, your flip doll becomes a trusted tool in your personal practice — a visual and tactile reminder that all of you belongs, and that each voice within carries a piece of your wholeness.

Coptic Journal

Binding Your Voice — $75

In this workshop, you’ll learn the ancient art of Coptic stitch binding to create a hand-sewn journal that is both beautiful and built to last. From cutting and assembling your own covers to sewing the exposed spine, every step is done by hand — turning simple materials into a book that is uniquely yours.

Alongside the making, we’ll explore the many forms journaling can take — from gratitude lists to reflective letters, from creative musings to personal tracking. You’ll choose one style of journaling to dedicate this book to, giving it a clear purpose and a sense of ceremony.

This workshop also opens the door to Journaling Part 2, where we’ll design custom book covers and explore deeper practices like dream journaling and left-handed writing.

Journaling part 2

Dreaming on the Page — $45

In this continuation of your journaling journey, we’ll move beyond the basics and into the art of personal expression through design and unconventional writing. You’ll create a custom cover for your journal — a tactile, visual reflection of your own inner landscape.

We’ll explore dream journaling as a way of capturing the wisdom of the subconscious, decoding symbols, and tracking the subtle patterns that emerge over time. You’ll also experiment with left-handed (or non-dominant hand) writing, a technique that bypasses habitual thinking and opens the door to unexpected insights.

Threaded Intentions

From First Light to Last Word — $45

In this workshop, you’ll create two hand-embroidered pieces — stitched on card or preserved leaves. The first will hold an afformation — a purposeful question to begin your morning, training your mind to collect evidence for the truth you’re growing into. The second will hold the matching affirmation — a statement to close your day, easier to believe after a day of gathering proof.

We’ll begin with gentle belief repatterning, then bring your words to life through slow, mindful stitching. Each pull of the needle grounds your chosen question and statement into your awareness, turning simple thread and natural textures into lasting visual cues for change.

When displayed in your home, these pieces become active companions in your daily soul practice, guiding your thoughts in the morning and affirming your growth each evening.

Prayer Rugs

Kneeling into Humility — $50

In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundational technique of Amish toothbrush knotting — creating a flat, handwoven mat that serves as both a practical prayer rug and a symbolic act of devotion. The prayer rug invites a return to the ground — to kneel, to listen, to strengthen both humility and hips.

This workshop also serves as a gentle first step toward the Intention Basket, allowing you to master the flat stitch before moving into the curves and upward shaping of bowl-making.

Intention Basket

Weaving What Holds You — $45

In this workshop, you’ll learn the slow, rhythmic art of Amish toothbrush weaving — shaping fabric strips into a handwoven bowl. Into this basket, you’ll place words chosen to flip your state of mind — small affirmations, questions, or phrases that open you to hope and possibility.

Each stitch binds not just fabric, but meaning, as you weave a container for what matters most. Placed in your home, your Intention Basket becomes a quiet altar — holding your chosen words and reminding you daily that your life can be shaped, stitch by stitch, into something strong, beautiful, and entirely your own.
